Over the last few years, I have been privileged to get to know Karen and understand how genuinely caring and empathetic she is. I would recommend Karen for anyone looking for an honest, hardworking & enthusiastic professional.

Karen was selected as the Knowledge Capture Manager for the Retail Development division as part of one of the largest corporate knowledge transition projects in Australia. Karen reported to me and was instrumental in leading her Division through capturing knowledge prior to the company relocation from Sydney to Melbourne. Amongst the transition projects, Karen successfully led her team through the documentation of processes in a seamless and efficient manner, whilst respectfully acknowledging employees years of service to the company. She also led the end to end transition of Retail Development supplier contract renewals within the Division, liaising with supplier, project, business, legal and purchasing stakeholders to completion. Karen quickly built rapport and showed empathy to the existing employees and was able to assist with taking the work load off them by being proactive and intuitive . Due to Karen's ability to build such strong relationships, I made her the lead on the project, where Karen showed that she was capable of liaising with the teams for the best outcome and report to Management. After 12 months in this role, Karen was given responsibility as Planning Manager for the project. During this time Karen reported to our Board of Directors and various other Steering committees with confidence and accuracy. She was also selected to become our Certified Promapp trainer and has trained the majority of Toyota Employees on this systems. I found Karen to be an extremely integral part of this project and without her dedication and knowledge this project could not have been a success. I sincerely wish Karen all the best in any future endeavour and highly recommend her to any future employer.
