  I was the single provider of technical assistance to over 100 employees using Travelport Apollo airline GDS system. Using a variety of proprietary software and programs I created end-user scripting for agent use, resulting in increased QA and reduction in transaction processing time. I implemented a third-party QA program, training agents and setting up client requirements. I was responsible for design and setup of a consolidated reservation ticketing and QC department. I was responsible for new agent training and implementation of new procedures and policies.

  I was the onsite manager of a reservation call center of 17 employees providing travel arrangements to federal government employees. I was responsible for building an ongoing business relationship with client management to ensure retention and provide high-level customer support. I led the project for the government branch to automate all customer specific requirements. This led to increased agent productivity and higher level Quality Control. I traveled to Japan for Corporate Travel while employed and on leave with Giselles Travel, to set up operations of travel agency sites at 4 individual locations on Airforce bases. I was responsible for writing a training manual, hiring and training individuals with no prior travel industry background.
