Having been afforded an opportunity to work for/with Karen on a significantly complex payroll implementation I found myself amazed consistently by how well she manages her staff and is able to abstractly find viable solutions at a moments notice to get the job done. She taught me so much about payroll, payroll processes, regulations, and efficiency during the months I was priviledged enough to work for her. She is truely amazing and I would recommend her for any position but feel like her talents and expertise are of such a high caliber that she would be optimal for a senior managment role.
