I can think of few people who work so hard. it is evident in everything Karen does. I admire people who work hard at what they do. Karen throws every particle of her being into everything she does, from what I have observed. She is also a top-notch editor, I am glad West Virginia has her skills now and they are lucky to have them. As always, she will give them everything she can.

I've known Karen for about eight years since joining Konica Minolta, and she is one of the more accomplished editors in our industry. Her work at Quick Printing is always progressive, entertaining, and enlightening... and a must-read for the quick printing marketplace. Not only do I think highly of her work, but she is one of the best people I have worked with in my career. I look forward to future projects with Karen and Quick Printing, and would highly recommend Karen to anyone seeking a reference.

This is just the time frame for my latest position at Quick Printing. I have worked on the magazine in a number of capacities since August 1990.

Even when I was editor of Wide-Format Imaging, I still held this position at Quick Printing. I have conducted the Annual Franchise Review and Top 100 survey every year since 1990.

Along with my colleagues Mark Vruno and Denise Gustavson, I helped to deliver monthly issues of Printing News. This publication, which has been around since 1928, was recently folded into Quick Printing and is now a part of that publication. When Cygnus bought this publication from its founder Ed Avis, I took over as editor. I helped guide the magazine in its transition from its original identity of Modern Reprographics to Wide-Format Imaging and instituted its unique horizontal cover design. In 2005, after it was well on its feet, the magazine was turned over to my capable second in command Denise Gustavson and I returned to Quick Printing.
