I partner with companies to create high impact mentorship programs that help women technologists overcome roadblocks in their career and reach for their full potential. To date, we have empowered over 450 women and nonbinary technologists as they grew from IC to first time managers, navigated workplaces as “the only,” returned from parental leave, and more. 92% of mentees surveyed feel more confident in handling work challenges after completing the program, and 100% of mentees are strongly satisfied with their mentoring experience overall.
