Karen joined our team on short notice to perform SharePoint Business Analyst tasks while our colleague was out on leave. She is a quick learner, as evidenced by how quickly she learned our processes and took on providing client consultations. During these sessions, she documented client business requirements and helped numerous teams with their site creation, permission, and list and library set ups. Her previous experience as a SharePoint trainer and in developing more complex SharePoint sites enabled her to clearly explain to customers the capabilities and limitations of SharePoint. When faced with questions she could not answer, she researched, tested and presented her findings to our users. She has a talent for making complex technical instructions clear and easy for people to follow, and we consistently received positive feedback about the solutions and suggestions she provided. Karen is very patient and pleasant to be around. She was able to calmly address put frustrated end users at ease and think of solutions to address the problem at hand. She also found ways to contribute to our team without being asked, including reviewing and improving our process and procedure documents and helping to explain our standards to our developer partners. She also played an instrumental role in helping us with site verification and clean-up project and resolving help desk tickets.
