Karen is an excellent leader who treats everyone at all levels with a great deal of respect. I had the pleasure of working with Karen and her team to resolve some critical issues on the Right Media Exchange and I always found her to be a wealth of knowledge on her regional marketplace as well as the global display marketplace in general. Though I was junior to Karen during our time working together, I never felt she addressed me as anything less than a peer - this greatly helped our efforts to support clients internal and external to Yahoo. I found Karen to be trusted and well respected by both her employees and her peers. The APAC RMX Support team was part of Karen's organization during her time as the director there - Karen was very supportive of the global Support structure, with key initiatives and process being driven out of my org (APAC RMX Support team having a dotted line to me). It was a pleasure working with Karen - we accomplished a good deal for our clients in the time we worked together and I hope that we'll have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
