In adults, my specialist areas cover digestive disorders, autoimmunity, mental health, and diabetes management. Since 2016 I have been paediatric nutrition consultant for Bubs Australia, and since 2022, a member of the Aussie Bubs international advisory board (USA). These roles involve product consultation; writing content for websites, magazines, video posts; formulating Vita-Bubs technical data sheets for practitioners and clients; instagram video posts. I am a regular speaker at health forums at the Alfred Hospital, Biomedical groups and medical, educational, and corporate settings. In addition to clinical practice I teach and develop educational material for students studying nutritional medicine, nursing, and anatomy/physiology from diploma to bachelor level. As a practitioner, consultant, health coach, and educator, I am passionate about preparing, supporting and empowering clients and students to find solutions and pathways to health and wellbeing; as well as enhancing prevention of chronic illness and directly influencing the success of individuals, families and workplaces.
