Family Partnership Model is an internationally recognised advanced communication change model, which is evidenced to be effective for promoting and facilitating postive change when working with families and their children. This training is mandatory for all staff working within NSW Health, and thier work is with families with children 0 - 2 years. (See Supporting Families Early Package, NSW Health 2010). The current facilitation of this model has been updated in Australia, March 2014. I am endorsed to provide training in the 2014 version of the FPM, using all of latest constructs around partnership in practice as well as the latest tools which can be used with professionals for skills development or directly with families to enhance to professional - client relationship and communication.
