  I direct a Consortium of thirteen non-profits focused on long-term employment for skilled New Yorkers with disabilities, successfully creating lasting job opportunities, diversifying the talent pool and building a truly inclusive workplace. I facilitate training in the Customized Employment strategy, monthly round-tables for agency professionals focusing on funding, job development, challenges in discovery, strategies for job retention, business trends, and master classes for supervisory staff.Under my leadership the success of this Consortium has resulted in a solid partnership base that includes a broad cross section of businesses, institutions and industries within New York City as well as an expansion of foundation funding.
