      In my role as Office Manager, I was solely responsible for the smooth running of the UK office. Working closely with the Managing Director and a team of Client Service Managers providing administrative support, on a one to one basis or as part of a team. Dealing with confidential information when maintaining company personnel records and building up a strong level of trust with my team members. Also acting as an intermediary for personal matters between employees and line managers and our head office in Melbourne, Australia. I would interact with both internal and external contacts, and so am both approachable and confident. I have meticulous organisational skills and am able to prioritise my workload accordingly. I enjoy meeting new people and believe I demonstrate compassion and understanding, whilst maintaining confidentiality. I have been a loyal employee with over 13 years of service, however, GAPbuster have downsized over the last few years and recently moved into serviced offices. This has resulted in the role of Office Manager being made redundant.
