Karen is the consummate professional and epitomizes integrity She is the candidate’s advocate while always meeting and exceeding the companies expectations.       Job Responsibilities included the following: Handled multiple candidates per day via application review, screening, interviewing, hiring candidates, making job offers. Sourced candidates. Assessed candidates’ skills through role playing. I administered assessments, utilized Montage and Modern Hire to view video interviews and make decisions in addition to conducting in-person and phone interviews. I worked with a high volume of candidates per month. Served as Auto Damage (AD) Coordinator to manage the auto damage pipelines along with ensuring that the number of needed hires were obtained. Liaison to AD managers. Processed Auto Damage internal job posts, testing, interviews. Planned, organized and attended Auto Damage job fairs.
