Using the K-8 teaching experience and curriculum design opportunities afforded to me, I have worked with a team of Local Expansion staff to help design a contextualized curriculum to bolster alignment, communicate vision and clarify strategy at the invitation of our Executive National Leadership at FamilyLife. In this pioneering role, I have chosen to apply and run pilot tests of our curriculum with the 50+ volunteer staff serving with us to equip godly families who change the world, one home at a time. Since 2020, my role has afforded me the opportunity to join in helping form a whole new department at FamilyLife, leading from my strengths. As the Lord wills, I will serve with Cru as a support-raising staff member unless He redirects my plans and takes me elsewhere. Show less
