I visit patients/famililies in their home or whereever they call home. This role requires a great deal of emotional intelligence and active listening to discuss sensitive topics in a respectful and dignified way that honors each individual patient/family. Flexibility, attention to detail, patience, organization and time management are essential skills utilized in this role daily. Taking time to get to know each patient/family personally to begin developing Agrace's relationship is key to a successful enrollment visit.
