She is an impeccable Administration/Client Services Manager who has the back office of companies working like clock work. She provides an excellent service to her advisers/sales team internally but also builds excellent relationships with 3rd party business partners such as Insurance companies where she integrates the systems and processes of her back office to align with that of her partners making slick effecient processes for the benefit of all stakeholders. Karen is a top rate Administration Manager and a true standout across the many people I dealt with in similar roles during my time in Asia.
