Karen and I started on the same day at BTG Biocompatibles and we both discovered that there was lots of challenges at BTG at the time - the company was in the middle of a major project launch and undertaking major structural changes (all for the best). Karen was set some real challenges with the warehouse and had to work under tight timelines and with a number of restrictions.
