I have worked directly with Karen while she supervised the CPSI program at NRPA. She was excellent to work with! She was open to ideas to expand the marketing of the CPSI program beyond the traditional parks and schools market. Karen did an excellent job managing and scheduling upwards of 50 classes a year, logistics for the support materials, as well as coordinating the 13 or so instructors.
