You will not find a more dedicated, loyal, and hard-working employee than Karen. I have worked with Karen in a supervisor/collaborative capacity for many years. Karen’s knowledge as it relates to marketing and business in general, is exceptional, and based on experience. In addition to her overall knowledge, Karen has strong leadership qualities which allow her to manage multiple projects and multiple team members making her a vital member of the leadership team. Three qualities stick out for me when I think of Karen and what she brings to the table. First, her ability to listen and understand what the client wants is exceptional. I attribute this skill to her strong service mentality. Second, Karen has the ability to communicate in a very clear and concise manner making the message easy to understand. Finally, Karen brings solutions to the table, not just problems. Any manager will tell you, that skill alone is invaluable.
