  I was the Artistic Director/ Founder of The Community Playhouse Arts and Cultural Center. I have taught and trained over 1000 young people in performing arts. I have written and directed over 12 plays and currently writing 3 books. I have created 25 theatre programs and facilitated motivational workshops to enhance and build self- esteem and morale in the work place.
