      • Dec 2017 - Feb 2020

Paris Area, France As Marketing Manager for the marketplace Adobe Stock, I had acquired the conviction that the contributor's experience can't be separate from the customer's. The two can come together and improve one another better. I have a deep background in marketing and strategic communications developed at Adobe Stock and Fotolia. Adding this new cap allows me to realize a marketer's dream, plunge into the marketplace's heart, and be confronted directly by its substantive marrow. The two can come together and improve one another better. I have a deep background in marketing and strategic communications developed at Adobe Stock and Fotolia. Adding this new cap allows me to realize a marketer's dream, plunge into the marketplace's heart, and be confronted directly by its substantive marrow. I am stepping through to the other side of the mirror, immersed in the great bath of artists and contributors who represent the DNA of our business model. My role is critical in delivering the best world-class experience to leverage content growth and quality and encourage them to become our advocates. Ultimately, the aim is to provide the world's largest creative community with the best assets for their Creative Cloud apps.

    • Marketing Manager ADOBE STOCK and FOTOLIA for ADOBE
      • Dec 2014 - Feb 2020

Paris Area, France In December 2014, our dream became true. Adobe acquired Fotolia for $800M, the biggest French exit ever! This acquisition moved me into a more international context in terms of size and project coordination. I went from a worldwide staff of 100 to over 22,000. The scope of my job expanded and included management. The scope of my job expanded and included management. As Marketing Manager, my challenge was to launch the new brand Adobe Stock in France (once Fotolia) and to build and implement the go-to-market strategy (GTM). My main goals were to grow Adobe Stock awareness and consideration across all customer segments (Individual/SMB/Enterprise), to attach Adobe Stock to CC Members, to build a First Month Free pipeline and to migrate the Fotolia database. This successful strategy implemented by all the cross functional teams ranked Adobe Stock as #1 in terms of brand awareness and brand preference. #GLOBAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY #INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT #INBOUND AND OUTBOUND MARKETING #GROWTH HACKING #DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING #B2B BUYING JOURNEY #DEMANDGEN #FMFPIPELINE #TEAM AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Paris Area, France Fotolia was born when I worked with its two French co-founders: Thibaud Elzière and Oleg Tscheltzoff, when I was still at Amen. The first was my intern (!), and the second was the CEO. The first was my intern (!), and the second was the CEO. When I was looking for pictures to create the first advertising campaign for Amen, we were faced with none but a costly choice of images and the complexity of licensing. Thus was born the concept of the Fotolia marketplace introducing a game changer business model whose purpose is to democratize the use of images towards professionals (Creatives, Advertising Agencies & SMBs from all industries). 2010 I joined Fotolia to reproduce the successful high-impact multi-channel BtoB marketing campaigns across digital and offline tactics. My objectives were to drive awareness and consideration and reinforce the brand image towards institutional networks (trade unions, government...) in a sensitive French economic and social context. Driven by my enterprising spirit and my love of challenge in a fast-paced environment, I created and deployed worldwide innovative marketing and brand content campaigns that were multi-awarded ("Ten by Fotolia," "Sooon," "Disconnect,"...). Four years later, Fotolia was the market leader in Europe with a worldwide team of 100 and was acquired by Adobe Systems for $800M. The most significant French exit! Within the start-up, the range of possibilities is infinite and often unpredictable. In terms of marketing, everything has to be created and invented. It is what excited me every morning. Show less

Impassioned by communications and technologies, I had this incredible opportunity to unleash my creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in this pioneering and innovative start-up that changed the web hosting landscape. At Amen, I was responsible for developing and implementing its global communications and marketing strategy in France and for coordination at the EMEA level. I also assured the development of institutional (trade unions, chambers of commerce...), commercial entities (Club-Internet, Tiscali, AOL...), and technological and strategic partnerships (Microsoft, IBM, Nerim, Rackvision, IP Label, Afnic...). Four years later, Amen became the market leader in Europe and was acquired in 2003 by Via Network for $7,8M, in 2005 by Claranet ($9,3M), and in 2008 by the Italian group Dada ($19,6M). I accompanied the brand transition for those three acquisitions, and my responsibilities were expanded to customer acquisitions and customer base management with a team of 4. #Think big #Start-up #game changer #Marcom strategy #digital marketing #owned/paid/earned media #Strategic Partnerships #Business Development #Customer acquisition #Customer Base Management #EMEA Project Management #Crisiscommunication #Public affairs #Budgetmanagement Show less
