I worked closely with Karen for two years on the IP Services Transformation Programme and highly recommend her as a Business Analyst. The programme is extremely complex with a lot of moving parts and Karen demonstrated resilience and flexibility when face with various challenges of changing priorities and direction. Karen's attention to detail is second to none and she collated a large set of extremely useful and detailled documents containing information relating to current and future requirements for the product's systems and processes. The information she created has also helped form the basis of conversations and work for other initiatives within the business outside of transformation, such as the creating of a Single Service Catalogue. Karen built strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business across several regions including China and Japan. She always advocated for our product in the wider global context during discussions and workshops where regional stakeholders were unable to attend due to timezone constraints. The work she did here ensured that the decisions made helped form a requirements for a solution which was truly global.
