Need a leader to launch/implement innovation plans or improvement efforts successfully? Karen is one of those rare people that make it happen. Her work ethic is unequalled and her expertise in different areas of business is superb. I have worked on corporate initiatives where Karen and I were team members and also with her in a leadership role. She has a warm, encouraging, assertive style that brings out the best in everyone. Karen and I worked together at Quorum for a number of years. She was an incredible asset to the company in many ways. First, her loyalty and work ethic were incredible. Second, the quality of her work was always impeccable.
