Karen is an exemplary Chaplain who leads by example. During our years together at Good Shepherd Hospice Karen was a bright light for the entire staff. She was a warm and comforting presence both for the patients we served and their families. She always took the time to listen and offer her support to the staff when we were struggling or having a bad day. The VA is very lucky to have Karen as their Chaplain.
