Responsible for all aspects of running a small satellite park district building including: Programs- Create programs; Write curriculum; Schedule program days and times; calculate program and event pricing; write program descriptions; transfer all program information into brochures; hire staff; advertise; instruct classes; organize and oversee Halloween Fun Fair, Camp Family Picnics and Field trips; order all program supplies and camp t-shirts. Party Rentals- Book Parties; Schedule staff; Collect payments; Set up for and clean up after parties; Create, modify and uphold Party Rules and Regulations.Concessions- Shop for and stock supplies; Price items; Balance drawer; Sell concessions.Money Management- Balance four departments each month- Program fees, Concessions, Party Rentals and Misc. Income; Take deposits to bank; keep accurate records of all transactions.Office- Responsible for all office duties- Field phone calls and e-mails; take program registrations; input participant information into computer; process credit cards; write and modify documents pertaining to building using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Publisher (including Employee training handbooks, Instructor job descriptions, Rental Information, Program descriptions, brochures, flyers, etc.); Shop for and purchase office supplies; Provide monthly Board Reports; Tally employee time cards. Building- Maintain facility safety checklists; provide general maintenance and cleaning of building; Shop for and purchase all cleaning and building supplies; maintain and update all bulletin boards with current program and event information.
