I had the pleasure of working with Karen for approximately three years while at the national headquarters of Big Brothers Big Sisters. As a more seasoned professional than I, her guidance around fund development strategies and rolling them out on a national scale assisted me tremendously in my role. I've also had several opportunities to sit in on trainings that she conducted at our national conferences and can confidently say that the takeaways were meaningful and assisted me in my fund development responsibilities which were key to my success.
