  *Prepare extensive Family Profile evaluation documents for prospective applicants in the adoption and kinship process as well as guardianship, custody and private adoptions *Represent the agency before Common Pleas Court in finalization proceedings *Maintain monthly bi-annual and yearly reporting criteria for compliance with state regulations and mandates *Trained and supervised entry level colleagues in this area. *Provide Post Permanency Services in home for families that have previously adopted and need guidance on issues that may have surfaced with the child or within the family. *Team Leader of our Post Adoption Support group for families who have adopted in the past. This group meets monthly and there are several large events throughout the year. I plan and coordinate the events with local venues. Show less
