Karen has been a mentor and a constant source of inspiration and strength to me. She measures her growth by educating everyone involved in the project so that it could build up on strong foundations and is usable by people of diverse abilities. It's an absolute honor to have the opportunity to work with her.

To start off I took my current position so I could work with Karen. I knew I would learn a lot from her and I was correct. She works hard and actually cares about the usability of products to the point she will stand up for it to try and block any change a development team or management might want that would hurt a products usability. Karen is all about the team constantly learning and growing beyond what you already know. She has a good sense of humor and fun to work with.
