Schedule Medicare Part A and OBRA MDS assessments, coordinate IDT participation, ensure the part A assessments are done timely and achieve the highest RUG possible for reimbursement, supervise 1 RN and 1 LPN, I also assess residents for completion of the MDS and care plans. I also supervise Medical Records personnel for timely and accurate record closings, chart audits, etc. Assist the Director of Nursing as needed to ensure systems run appropriately.
