It's been a privilege to have worked for Karen for nearly 3 years at LR Kimball. I was able to work under such an inspiring leader who helped me started in my HR career and help mold me to the professional I am today. Karen brings a great deal of expertise to the table at any corporate environment. She is an excellent communicator, very driven and passionate about her work, personable, strategic and a trusted business partner among management. As a direct report of hers, I felt I always had an open door of communication between Karen and she provided a clear directive for me. I'd be honored to work with Karen again someday.

I am pleased to offer this recommendation of Karen. I have worked with her for around 10 years at Kimball. Karen has been our VP of HR throughout that time and also sat on the company's executive team with me. I recognize Karen's great talent in HR related issues, she understands the regulations, but more importantly helped us implement improved ways to handle those processes and provided great service to our employees. This spanned all facets from benefits roadshows to helping with individual issues. In adiditon, she was able to see and operate strategically on all fronts. Finally, Karen was our Facility Secuirty Officer (FSO) and handled our government clearances for staff on US Army and National Guard and other gov't clients. To top it off, she has a great personality and is always positive with a "can-do" attitude. I'm pleased to give Karen my highest recommendation. She is a great asset!!
