When Linda and her Mom and I needed help understanding the myriad healthcare options available to us to take care of Linda's father (who is in his eighties and struggling with Parkinson's) Karen sorted it all out for us. From quality-of-life concerns to financial considerations, she answered all our questions, including specific medical equipment options and the types and locations of care facilities that would be best suited to his condition. Everything was explored and presented to us clearly and concisely, and we are extremely grateful to Karen for being a kind, considerate, and knowledgeable guide on our journey during a very stressful and emotional time for our entire family.
