  I have approx. 1100 children, some with special needs such as being catherizing BID and tube feeding. Several with organ transplants and many with low immune systems. so watching to make sure they are not exposed to too many germs is a challenge. I triage many children durning the day, some just need TLC, some for meds, or breathing tx. It is a fun, busy, tiring job but I love all of my children here.
