Trustworthy, efficient, and going above and beyond what is expected is what comes to mind when I think of Karen. I have worked with Karen for two years now, working with each other on every project that would I would bring to her in the tool shop. She has always impressed me with her ability to keep multiple tooling projects organized. She would take in the customers needs and dates, as well as the machinists times to machine parts and still be able to put together a complete, organized and detail schedule. She also catches drawing errors as well, always double checking if certain hardware is correct or if a material call-out was correct. This has saved multiple projects down the line. When timelines got tight and we didn't think we would hit the date, Karen would step in and help assembly tools, without hesitation. Karen is a key player on any team.

In addition to organizing top-notch networking events for the office, Karen has managed to keep me sane and organized over the last few years. Her impeccable attention to detail eliminates discrepancies and ensures a smooth transaction from Agreement of Sale to Settlement. Karen's warm heart and professional attitude makes her a joy to work with and an asset to the company.
