  I work with the Accounts Payable department by entering invoices for all of Food and Beverage.I input all the revenue from the previous day into ten different spreadsheets and then send out Daily Revenue reports to help managers and our corporate office to see the departments progress compared to last year, as well as show them labor costs based on sales for that day.I perform Payroll bi-weekly for the entire resort, which during our busy season is roughly 200 employees as well as 16-20 managers.Responsible for the general accounting, including preparing journal entries and maintaining balance ledgers.
