  • Prepares Final Assembly Standard Operation Procedure for new phase-in models • Randomly supervises the production line to check conformity to SOP and process. • Designs the manpower level in the production line – maximized level based on required capacity. • Involved with the standardization of production process for the handled model. This includes but is not limited to time studies, line balancing, production line layout, capacity designing and manpower leveling. • Provides Standard Operation Procedure for use by other Wistron sites abroad. • Work with contact windows from other Wistron sites for information regarding new models. • Conduct Project studies and prepare SOP that would improve existing process. • Implement to production line any new proposals and evaluate the effect of such changes. • Prepare Rework/Conversion Standard Operation Procedures for re-modeling of assembled machines/computers.
