I retired from a successful career at Moraine Park in July of 2017, which began as a part-time Outreach Instructor in business & industry. Leadership, Supervision, and Business were primary topics. ~Accepted the opportunity to become full-time Corporate and Community Services Representative in 2000, strategically planning activities for a Regional Center in Dodge County. ~In 2005 became Corporate and Community Partner of the Beaver Dam Campus, overseeing campus activities, growth and… Show more I retired from a successful career at Moraine Park in July of 2017, which began as a part-time Outreach Instructor in business & industry. Leadership, Supervision, and Business were primary topics. ~Accepted the opportunity to become full-time Corporate and Community Services Representative in 2000, strategically planning activities for a Regional Center in Dodge County. ~In 2005 became Corporate and Community Partner of the Beaver Dam Campus, overseeing campus activities, growth and management along with strong community involvement for the college including: *Numerous board positions *Rotary President *Chamber committees *Workforce Development Board member *Dodge County committee appointee *Dodge County SHRM Board member *Other community connection development. *Founded Leadership Beaver Dam with two other community leaders in 2008. *Active member of the President's administrative team and involved in budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, and staff oversight. ~Became the Career Pathway Manager for the college in 2013, effectively managing a state-wide grant and overseeing K-12 connections and 4-year transfer agreements. Worked with all areas of the college to develop career pathways in program development and effectively communicate pathways. Involved in state-wide career pathways team.
