  As a library media specialist, my role is to be a link in educational learning; includes students, teachers, administrators, and parents as well as local, parish, and state communities.Helping students to be information literate in literature, research, and technology, my goal is to assist all students in becoming active, creative, users of information, thorough researchers, experienced in reading, and self sufficient in their edcuational goals. I work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and others to facilitate student learning through media, website, general technology, and virtual school programs. The library is a student-centered library media program that can essentially provide students with the necessary tools for the future.
