PIRTEK USA would like to express its gratitude to Karen Gregory and the team at HRSS consulting for the leadership coaching program they facilitated for our group in 2017. PIRTEK USA is a growing franchise system, currently with 75 units around the nation. As the franchisor, PIRTEK USA recognized a need to provide its franchise owners and corporate team members with leadership training to improve relations with their team members and aid in positive morale and employee retention. After research of local organizations in Brevard County, HRSS Consulting was highly recommended and selected for the year long program. The program included, an online self-assessment designed to provide each participant with self-awareness, including how they approach work and relationships, how they handle conflict, and how they learn and grow in their position. Karen Gregory then facilitated 2 ½ workshops to our group throughout the year, at our Annual Franchise Owner Conference and our mid-year meeting. Additionally, her team facilitated coaching webinars which reinforced and offered accountability for the learning from the Annual Franchise Owner Conference. After completing the first workshop and webinar, we found that several of the franchise owners reached out to Karen directly to assist with management leadership training with their own staff. Additionally, we had excellent participation from our group and received many compliments on the program. We believe that the program provided by HRSS Consulting was successful and we highly recommend their services to any business who wants to implement leadership training. We look forward to working with Karen and the team at HRSS Consulting in the future.

I worked with Karen when I first started at DEOMI as a research champion and SME. Karen helped transition me into my role, demonstrating impressive knowledge and expereince in human relations, the military, and collaborative research relationship building. Her ability to build and foster collaborative relationships, identifying projects that will yield benefits for all parties involved, and her fast-paced "can do" attitude were true assets to the team. Karen knows both how to lead and how to share responsibility. Lastly, one of Karen's greatest skills is upfront, clear, and useful feedback that is always used to make teams and projects better.
