When it came time to get a few repairs done, Karen was there with suggestions and was also willing to arrange to get work done. She helped me find a mover, helped me get the house cleaned. Bottom line, she was full service; no task was too large or too small. AND, it was all done with an upbeat attitude. I was truly satisfied with the sale price and the buyers.
