In collaboration with the Board, I develop and manage the annual operational budget. I am also accountable for marketing, admissions (student enrollment and attrition), as well as Plant Maintenance, Health and Safety, Curriculum Development, P&L, etc.. I envision and plan long term agendas, and actively participate in positive and structured global change management programs for the betterment of the school. This year, under my leadership our student population was the highest in the history of the school.Key Leadership Reference: "We are very fortunate to have Ms. Fougere as the Interim Head role. The Board is extremely grateful for her leadership and dedication to Armbrae, particularly given the limited notice and limited time to plan for her role as Head. In a very short period she was able to bring together the entire Armbrae team to deal with the challenge created by (the previous Head's) departure. Ms. Fougere has put in a place a team that will ensure that this year is successful and that we continue to deliver on our mission. I personally want to thank Karen for her commitment and personal sacrifice and I deeply appreciate her love for the school, the students and the staff. We are in very good hands."
