She originally reported to me and then received a well-deserved promotion and became my peer at that time. Karen's work ethics far exceed any outstanding employee you may currently have on your team. She goes above and beyond for her team, site and company! She is always positive and optimistic, she has a can-do attitude. She has earned the respect from her team, peers and superiors because of her commitment for excellence and drive for continued improvements. I would never would want to see Karen leave EGS but if she did I can say for certain that company would be gaining a major asset from her.

Karen is excellent at assessing individuals to understand what motivates them. She quickly identifies barriers to their success in an effort to help them overcome those challenges and contribute to the team’s success. This resulted in Karen’s team and the site operating at or near the top position within the organization, a testament to Karen’s ability to drive results. Karen does this by building relationships with her team. She has a true compassion and appreciation for her team that fosters respect and motivates the team to do well.
