Train/Educate ROZ staff on the Salesforce platform in daily operational activities, work ethics, and business detail. Confers with the ROZ staff to explain, interpret and discuss programs, laws, rules, regulations, and policies, and determines adequacy of services; resolves special problems. Provides program information and advises potential applicants on the procedures, eligibility requirements, and regulations of the program. Responds to internal and external phone and email messages to explain and answer questions related to the program. Respond to the public's requests concerning the ROZ Programs' operational procedures, statutes, policies, and guidelines, and provide professional effective services.
