As ESA's General Manager, my role involves the day-to-day running of the Association, with support from the member-elected Board of Directors and the ESA office. ESA is a not-for-profit Sponsorship Association whose mission is to inspire, unite and grow a welcoming and diverse sponsorship industry. ESA delivers a number of benefits to our members including: - Networking through ESA Breakfast events (free for members) and Round Tables - ESA's prestigious ESA Awards - Qualifications (ESA Diploma, ESA Sponsorship Sales Certificate and ESA Leaders Programme) - Promotion via a member spotlight. ESA also adds all sponsorship-related press releases to our home page (and promotes via social media) - Resources (Case studies of Award winners, White papers, Policy papers, event videos, etc.) Why do people join ESA? - To raise AWARENESS/ profile of their company - To add CREDIBILITY to their work through association and affiliation - To create more opportunities through NETWORKING - To enjoy DISCOUNTS on ESA events such as Awards entry and ceremony tickets - To enjoy DISCOUNTS on ESA's qualifications - To take advantage of the discounted offers for sponsorship conferences - To access case studies showing BEST PRACTICE across Europe.
