Worked with children, parents, staff, administrators, and community to provide quality education to all learners. I have an interactive classroom with differentiated instruction. I loved this job! I worked at two elementary schools and taught general music. In addition, I had show choirs at each school, a handbell choir, created my keyboard class, and produced plays at each school yearly. I worked with PTO, parents, teachers, administrators, and district personnel. I am also a professional musician, so accompanied jr. high and high school choirs as needed. I incorporated TEKS from other subjects into my classes, so students worked across curriculums to support core learning. My third graders learned to rap multiplication facts, which increased their state testing scores. Show less

I supervised computer technology, policy typists, mail room, inventory control, producer files, and human resources. I supported Underwriting, Claims, Rating, and Accounting. This job was fast paced and fun, as I was busy all day, every day. I also filled in with every position I supervised, during absences and leaves. Another awesome position!
