  I worked at Darbys Solicitors for almost 10 years. Over that period, I worked in many areas of the firm, including Litigation, Insolvency, Crime and Employment, both in a fee earner and support capacity.During my latter years, I began coordinating and managing the secretarial resources of the firm, training new starters and existing employees on Microsoft Outlook and the firm's Case Management System, Peppermint. I was responsible for designing and delivering the induction training for all new starters. I also assisted the IT Department on various issues, in particular, helping to develop the firm's case management system from an end user perspective. I was involved in helping the firm to secure Lexcel accreditation and generally assisted the firm in an operational capacity.
