Whilst at Radnor House, I was Assistant Head with full pastoral responsibility for the whole school. I was also the designated safeguarding lead. As a true pastoral educationalist, I relished the opportunity to support, guide and empower young adults to be the very best version of themselves - to make decisions for themselves, to be happy and to have the confidence to take risks to see how high they could fly. Radnor gave me the opportunity to organise large school events - open days, Prize-Givings, taster sessions, induction events, sports days, house events, charity events and whilst I was a part of the transition stage of the school from Combe Bank - Radnor House, I also supported the staff and wider school community to embrace the change.
