  Was a member of the AT&T Mobility CARE Development Team working on development of SQL Stored Procedures and RPG programs on the AS/400 for 3.5 years. Previously, was Team Lead of the group responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Billing, Cash, and Treatment Telecommunications Systems for CTE. Controlled the project workload for four employees that reported directly to me. Was Lead technical expert for the Billing, Cash, and Treatment Telecommunications Systems with over 20 years experience working on these systems. Was project leader for various projects ranging from small ones to extremely large ones (over 10,000 hours) that involved working directly with the client to gather the necessary requirements. All of my projects were installed on-time, satisfied the client's requirements, and were installed correctly 99.999999% of the time. Was responsible for the billing integrity of $17 million per month, for over 19 years with less than $50.00 in errors. Have received various employee recognition awards. Show less
