As a presentee (or whatever it is whenever you are sitting on the other side of the microphone) I always found Karen fun and quirky to work with. Generally we were supposed to be covering legal topics, but often we launched in other directions which did not matter at all. I'm joint course leader of the BTEC Level 2 Creative Media Production teaching theory, audio and factual TV production and I also teach Speech Package Production and Advertising Production on the Level 3 course. I'm passionate about it as any poor soul who's been unfortunate enough to ask me about my day will testify. I teach lovely young people who amaze me every day.
