      Here I led the Readers Program. I trained over 10 PNC bank executives and brought them into preschool classrooms monthly where they implemented the Jumpstart readers program curriculum. I also managed all of the Jumpstart Volunteer Coordinators in the Washington D.C. region. I assited with training and managed the coordinator's programs and events, as well as ensured the D.C. region hit their goal of 100 volunteers during my year there.
