Karen amazed us all with how quickly she was able to learn the intricacies of XLerant's BudgetPak, a very powerful financial system, one whose user-facing simplicity hides a tremendous amount of complex business logic under the hood. Only a few weeks after joining, she was ready to take on the challenge of flying solo on some very challenging assignments, which she completed with great efficiency and accuracy. I also merrily approve of Karen's taste in popular culture!
