I worked with Karen at Bally Manufacturing and found Karen to be a highly responsible individual. As an Executive Assistant, Karen kept our engineering organization running smoothly. She has outstanding communication and organizational skills, establishes priorities, and was an exceptional problem solver.

As a hardware design engineer I worked with Karen as the administrative assistant for the software and hardware groups at Bally Manufacturing during my tenure at Bally from 1987 to 1989. Although this covers a period of time over two decades ago, I know Karen personally as we have kept in touch by exchanging Holiday greetings and later through social media. I have fond memories of the people I worked with at Bally and particularly remember Karen because she maintained the organization of the entire development group with confidence and an ever present positive attitude. I worked with Karen at a time when desk top computers were becoming more prevalent in the work environment and she welcomed their use as a tool to aid her in creating a more efficient department. She has strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maneuver through the clutter of a debate or issue and break it down into clearly discernible tasks. In addition, she has strong ethical values and exhibited those values on a regular basis. Although her title was an administrative assistant, her skills gave her the ability to perform successfully in many areas of the department. I enjoyed working with Karen, respected her abilities and would be happy to work with her again given the opportunity. Her skills and values would make her an excellent and valued addition for any firm.
